Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico – PVRPV has experienced tremendous growth over the past 15 years. When Tim Longpré, who is originally from Toronto, first opened a small office on PV’s south side on March 1, 2005 he and his staff of 3 represented 50 Puerto Vallarta vacation rental properties.
PVRPV soon increased their inventory of vacation rentals in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas, Downtown, Los Muertos Beach, Marina Vallarta, Mismaloya, Old Town and South Beach areas of Puerto Vallarta, and added professional rental property management and administration as well as vacation concierge services.
By 2008, PVRPV.com had grown out of its tiny space, so Tim moved his business to its second location, at Pino Suarez #210, where he and his staff of 24 continued their rise to the top of Puerto Vallarta’s vacation rental industry. In this location laundry was added to PVRPV’s growing list of services.
Over the years, the company just kept on growing and improving, and on November 1, 2016, they moved across the street to a new state-of-the-art industrial office space in “The Park,” located on the corner of Pino Suarez at Lazaro Cárdenas #205.
In June of 2019, utilizing the knowledge and experience gained by managing and promoting PVRPV’s more than 500 local properties, Tim and his partner, Agustin Rocha Jaramillo, a real estate broker, launched a natural extension of their thriving vacation rental business – PVRPV Real Estate.

In Mexico, the quinceañera is both a religious and a social event that emphasizes the importance of family and society in the life of a young woman on her 15th birthday – so this was a fitting addition to the celebration of PVRPV’s 15th year in Puerto Vallarta.
Party-goers also enjoyed live entertainment by Kim Kuzma and Miss Conception, incredible array of hors d’oeuvres, red and white wine and incredible Cadillac Margaritas from Sonorita Olas Altas.
It was a fantastic celebration of community, which, again, is fitting, as PVRPV has supported many causes that are important to Puerto Vallarta, like the Firefighter’s Calendar, Carnaval PV, HIV campaigns, Vallarta Pride, charity auctions and many other charitable and community causes through the years.
