Telmex – one of the most used service providers for internet in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, Telmex offers internet and residential phone line packages beginning at $389 pesos per month and packages with internet and Netflix starting at $499 pesos per month. Their client service office is in Plaza Caracol in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone and bills may be paid in person, online, or via Telmex automated payment machines.
IZZI – this internet provider is also a popular choice in the Banderas Bay region with internet only starting at $350 pesos per month and internet and residential phone packages starting at $370 pesos per month. Their office is also located in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone, on Avenida Francisco Medina across from the Hilton resort.
Cosmored – perhaps a lesser known choice, Cosmored provides internet and cable TV packages starting at $380 pesos per month. Their office can be found in Plaza Caracol.
While there are three choices for internet service, it should be noted that not all companies are available in all homes or condos in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit, because wiring has been connected for just one company. However, the options like fiber optics and the variety of different packages available – particularly between Telmex and Izzi – are generally very comparable both in availability and price.
