Puerto Vallarta is set to welcome a flurry of international cruise ships this November, with 18 arrivals scheduled, including five double-ship days. The local National Port System Administration (ASIPONA) confirmed the exciting news following a meeting on Thursday, October 31st.
The Operations Committee, composed of port authorities, concessionaires, service providers, and other key stakeholders, convened to finalize the November arrival schedule. The committee highlighted the impressive sight of large cruise ships docking at the maritime terminal, drawing crowds of onlookers.
The cruise season kicks off on November 5th with the arrival of the Carnival Firenze, followed by the return of the Carnival Panorama on November 19th and 26th. A notable highlight will be the double arrival of the Norwegian Bliss and Majestic Princess on November 7th.
The busiest week of the month will be the second week, with six arrivals, including two double-ship days. The Norwegian Jewel, Koningsdam, Discovery Princess, and Norwegian Bliss will grace the port on consecutive days starting November 11th.
In addition to managing the influx of cruise ships, the Operations Committee remains vigilant in monitoring health concerns, such as African Swine Fever, Screwworm, Measles, and Dengue.
With a robust schedule and a commitment to safety and health protocols, Puerto Vallarta is poised for a successful cruise season.
