Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Zumo, the zesty new sensation of Vallarta’s dining scene nestled in the heart of the Romantic Zone, is proud to announce its participation in Lifestyle Magazine’s 20th Anniversary Restaurant Week from May 15 to June 10, 2024. As the newest culinary gem in town, Zumo is geared up to deliver an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the spice of life with every bite.

Derived from the Spanish word for juice or zest, Zumo epitomizes its name by promising a vibrant explosion of flavors in each meticulously crafted dish. With a menu curated to tantalize taste buds, Zumo invites guests to indulge in a delectable journey through modern Mexican cuisine and innovative flavor combinations.

For just $575 Pesos per person (beverages and tip not included), diners can relish in a culinary adventure by selecting one item from each course:

STARTER
Zumo Salad: A refreshing ensemble of mixed lettuces, pear, green beans, asparagus, avocado, caramelized pumpkin seeds, all drizzled with honey, lime, and mustard vinaigrette.

Al Pastor Croquettes: Spanish-style croquettes with a Mexican twist, featuring pork marinated in achiote, creamy avocado, roasted pineapple purée, and cilantro greens.

Tuna Tataki: Seared tuna paired with soy sauce, avocado, pico de gallo, charred lemon zest, and homemade ponzu sauce, topped with mango and wakame salsa.

ENTRÉE
Black Risotto with Huitlacoche: A savory delight of huitlacoche salsa, Parmigiano cheese, tomato, and bacon-infused black risotto.

Grilled Catch of the Day: Fresh catch grilled to perfection, served with white wine salsa, parsley with Eureka lemon, pan-fried vegetables, and red quinoa.

Braised Short Rib: Tender short rib slow-braised for five hours, accompanied by Peruvian beans, stewed cambray onions, charred avocado, bacon, and tomato cilantro broth.

DESSERT
New York Cheesecake: A classic cheesecake with a tropical twist of guava.
Coconut Flan: Indulge in the creamy decadence of homemade coconut flan.
