Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Festival Gourmet International, the annual food and wine event that has been tempting the taste buds of foodies and capturing the attention of the culinary world for the last 27 years, will celebrate its 28th edition from November 9-19, 2023.
This world-renowned festival will bring together over 70 chefs, 20 national vineyards, and 32 restaurants, welcoming more than 25,000 food enthusiasts.
Over ten days, participating restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and its Metropolitan Area will host renowned culinary masters who will craft gourmet menus and tasting dinners. Diners can savor these high-level culinary experiences at renowned establishments like Café des Artistes, Barrio Bistro, El Dorado, Azafrán by Michel’s, Bocados, and Amixtli, among others, all complemented by exceptional wine pairings.
In addition to the traditional dinners, the 2023 edition of the International Gourmet Festival includes an exclusive program of events, such as the “Grand Gourmet Village” Inauguration, the “Exclusive Night of the Stars,” an unforgettable beachfront pink dinner show, the acclaimed “Gourmet Safari of Puerto Vallarta,” the “Vinoma Tasting,” five chef’s tables, and many other culinary experiences.
Over the years, this grand festival has brought together over 900 national and international chefs, drawing in more than 600,000 gastronomy enthusiasts. It has firmly established itself as Mexico’s largest and most prestigious Food & Wine event with a rich history, promoting Puerto Vallarta as a premier gourmet destination.
Among the internationally renowned chefs who have participated are Michelin Stars like Chef Carlos Gaytan of Tzuco Restaurant and Chef Ramses Navarro, and even Chef Kori Sutton, the winner of Hell’s Kitchen. This year, a stellar lineup of national and international culinary experts, including Thierry Blouet and Lara Castellón, will share their expertise and offer exquisite menus for all diners.
