Puerto Vallarta – On Wednesday, July 30th, the Animal Welfare Department will host another special adoption day at Plaza de Armas. From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the public is invited to meet adorable puppies eagerly awaiting their forever homes.
This initiative, spearheaded by Roberto Ornelas and the Animal Welfare Department, is a testament to the Luis Munguía administration’s ongoing dedication to the care and protection of companion animals in the community.
Each puppy available for adoption has received essential veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and sterilization, ensuring they are healthy and prepared to become cherished members of a new family. Those interested in adopting will need to present official identification and proof of residence. Most importantly, prospective pet parents must demonstrate a genuine willingness to provide the time, care, and affection these animals deserve.
Beyond this special event, the Animal Welfare Department offers additional opportunities for adoption. Potential pet parents can schedule an appointment to tour the Centro de Control y Salud Animal (Animal Health and Control Center), located at Calle Pago Pago #709 in Colonia Linda Vista Océano. This tour provides a chance to meet a wider selection of dogs and cats looking for loving homes.
The Animal Welfare Department emphasizes the importance of responsible pet ownership, reminding everyone that adopting a pet is a commitment to its well-being for its entire life.
