Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico – Cirque du Soleil and Grupo Vidanta have announced that tickets are now on sale to the general public for LUDÕ, a bold new aquatic production set to premiere December 16, 2025, at VidantaWorld in Nuevo Vallarta. This marks Cirque du Soleil’s second-ever water-based show, following the iconic “O,” and promises to be one of the most imaginative and technically advanced productions in the company’s history.
Created in partnership with Grupo Vidanta, LUDÕ will be performed year-round in a state-of-the-art, custom-designed theater within BON Luxury Theme Park – just 10 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Though the theme park itself is set to fully open in 2026, the debut of LUDÕ offers guests a first glimpse into the future of VidantaWorld, envisioned as a premier global entertainment destination.
The 696-seat theater features expansive seating, many with gourmet dining experiences, and is equipped with cutting-edge aquatic technology, immersive sound design, and dramatic lighting. Directed by Michel Laprise, Creative Guide at Cirque du Soleil, the show uses the fluidity of water to tell a poetic story through aerial stunts, acrobatics, music, and mesmerizing visual effects.
“LUDÕ represents a bold new era for Cirque du Soleil,” said Daniel Lamarre, President & CEO of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. “It’s a celebration of creativity, made possible by an extraordinary collaboration with Grupo Vidanta.”
Guests can choose from four ticket tiers:
- VIP Show, Dinner & Champagne – Includes a three-course gourmet meal, unlimited champagne, premium seating, early access, SkyDream Gondola service, a welcome cocktail at the Ixora Floating Lounge, and a commemorative gift.
- Show, Dinner & Champagne – Features a three-course meal and half-bottle of champagne per adult.
- VIP Champagne & Tapas – Offers balcony seating, a curated selection of gourmet appetizers, and your choice of champagne, wine, or soft drinks.
- Balcony Show-Only – Admission to the show with snacks and drinks available for purchase.
“This isn’t just a new show – it’s a turning point for live entertainment,” said Iván Chávez, Executive Vice President of Grupo Vidanta. “LUDÕ celebrates Mexico’s creative spirit while offering something truly unforgettable to visitors from around the world.”
With over 300 performances scheduled each year, LUDÕ is set to become a signature attraction for both international travelers and Cirque fans seeking an extraordinary experience.
