Puerto Vallarta's Renegade Health Boss, Heather Gray

...inspiring people to live healthier, happier, more authentic lives

Heather Gray is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Transformational Coach, Stand-Up Comedian, writer, traveler, foodie, and professional reinvention expert who believes healing and happiness should include a healthy dose of laughter.

After overcoming decades of chronic illness, Lyme disease, autoimmune conditions, trauma, and more than 100 pounds of weight loss, Heather dedicated her life to helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges and reclaim their vitality. Through functional medicine, mindset work, nervous system healing, and transformational coaching, she empowers people to become the CEOs of their own health and relationships.

When she’s not coaching clients or educating audiences about root-cause healing, Heather can be found on stage sharing her unique brand of comedy, where she turns life’s challenges, relationships, health obsessions, and midlife adventures into laughter and connection.

A self-proclaimed foodie and adventure seeker, Heather currently spends much of her time exploring Mexico, sampling local cuisine, learning Spanish, adopting street cats, and embracing the unexpected lessons that come with starting over in a new country. Her passion for travel, culture, wellness, and human connection shines through in everything she does.

Whether she’s helping someone heal, strengthen a relationship, find purpose, or simply laugh a little harder, Heather’s mission remains the same: to inspire people to live healthier, happier, more authentic lives.
