Puerto Vallarta, México – The Puerto Vallarta International Friendship Club (IFC) is entering the final week of its 6th Annual Día de la Amistad Raffle, and the community has a unique opportunity to turn local generosity into life-changing support. While the drive has already seen an impressive turnout, the organization is currently calling on supporters to help close a narrow gap to reach this year’s ambitious $251,000 peso goal.
With only a few days remaining until the February 14, 2026 sales deadline, every ticket purchased serves a dual purpose: fueling vital community programs and padding the pockets of three lucky winners.
The momentum built during the first five weeks has already generated $165,000 pesos, creating a substantial 50/50 split between charitable funding and the prize pool. Because the prizes scale upward as more people participate, the current rewards are already significant.
The first-place winner is positioned to take home $41,250 pesos, while second and third prizes stand at $24,750 and $16,500 pesos. This structure ensures that as the community rallies to meet the fundraising target, the individual rewards for participation become even more enticing.
The Día de la Amistad / Valentine’s Day raffle is one of the IFC’s most important annual fundraisers, second only to the popular Vallarta Home Tours. Proceeds directly support a wide range of local charities and community programs that rely on IFC assistance to meet ongoing needs throughout the year. Every ticket sold helps extend that support and strengthens the organization’s ability to give back.
Organizers emphasize that even purchasing a single ticket can make a meaningful difference. As ticket sales increase, the prize pool grows, and more funds become available for charitable giving across Puerto Vallarta.
Participation has never been more accessible, as the IFC has opened ticket sales online to accommodate both local residents and international supporters who wish to give back to the city they love. Since winners do not need to be present to claim their cash prizes, the raffle offers a seamless way for anyone, anywhere, to engage with the spirit of friendship that defines the club.
The excitement will culminate on Sunday, February 15, during the IFC Friendship Festival, where the winning tickets will be announced. This event serves as a heartening conclusion to the fundraiser, offering a space for the public to meet representatives from the very charities their donations support.
By sharing the raffle with friends and family during this final stretch, supporters can ensure the IFC finishes the season strong, proving once again that the collective spirit of Puerto Vallarta is its greatest asset.
