Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – The Illumination V Dinner & Show returns to Puerto Vallarta on Thursday, February 27, offering an unforgettable evening of entertainment, fine dining, and community spirit at the luxurious beachside Shangri-La in Marina Vallarta. Starting at 6 pm, this fifth annual event aims to raise funds for Pasitos de Luz, a local charity providing free services to children with disabilities in the Bay of Banderas.
Guests will be treated to an exquisite dinner catered by the renowned Vatel Club México, a collective of the region’s top culinary talents founded by Thierry Blouet of Café des Artistes. The evening’s culinary leadership will include Memo Wulff of Barrio Bistro and other celebrated chefs from Vallarta, promising a gastronomic experience to remember.
Entertainment for the night features the highly anticipated return of Steve Elliot, a multi-talented performer known for his captivating renditions of classics by Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, and more. Proceeds from the event will benefit Pasitos de Luz, which has provided essential services such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, special education, and nutritional support to children with disabilities for 25 years.
