Filete Chaman/Filet Mignon Chaman – Tender beef filet served on a bed of sauteed mushrooms and smothered in our house 3-chile steak sauce, baked potato and baby vegetables.
Pollo Xochimilco/Xochimilco Chicken – Juicy breast of chicken stuffed with garlic-sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and cheese on a bed of huitlacoche (corn truffle sauce)
Dorado Carlotta/Carlotta Mahi – Succulent mahi mahi filet served on a bed of zucchini blossoms bathed in a sweet mango and mandarin sauce.
Classic NWJ! Chile en Nogada – Poblano pepper stuffed with your choice of ground beef and mixed sweet fruit OR shrimp OR veggie version bathed in a creamy pecan and almond sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds. Served warm.
Torre Chapultepec/Chapultepec Tower – Grilled Portobello mushroom stacked with grilled eggplant, tomatoes, mixed peppers, zucchini, and plantain drizzled with an olive oil and red berry sauce.
