Puerto Vallarta Centro Historico ArtWalk’s 30th Season

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – The Centro Histórico ArtWalk is gearing up for its 30th consecutive season, reaffirming the city’s standing as the premier coastal destination for art in Mexico. With more art galleries than any other Mexican coastal locale, Puerto Vallarta offers an exceptional range of creative expression, and the ArtWalk is the perfect showcase.

Starting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, and continuing every Wednesday evening until May 27, 2026, the Historic Center Art Walk invites everyone to explore a rich cultural landscape. From 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, sixteen of the city’s leading galleries will open their doors for a free, self-guided experience. It’s a fantastic opportunity for visitors and locals alike to meet artists, explore contemporary artwork, and enjoy the inviting atmosphere of the historic downtown area at their own pace, making the experience both flexible and personal.

The 2025–2026 season highlights an impressive range of work, from contemporary paintings and sculptures to fine ceramics, folk art, and jewelry. Collectors, art lovers, and first-time visitors alike will find an array of styles and mediums, offering something for every taste.

Among the participants are well-established names such as Galería Córsica, known for its internationally recognized collections, and Galería Pacifico, showcasing diverse contemporary artists since 1987. Other highlights include Colectika, which emphasizes the evolution of Mexican art, Galería de Ollas, dedicated to pottery from Mata Ortiz, and Omar Alonso Gallery, representing acclaimed and emerging international talent.

Newer and more experimental spaces also add to the mix. Emotions by Córsica supports emerging Mexican artists, while UNFINISHED Gallery and UNFINISHED on Libertad highlight local creativity in contemporary formats. From the avant-garde AM ART GALLERY to the design-centered Mann Made Mexico, the ArtWalk reflects Vallarta’s artistic depth and cultural variety.

With all galleries within walking distance in the Centro Historico, visitors can easily explore multiple venues in one evening while meeting artists, connecting with fellow art enthusiasts, or simply enjoying a relaxed night in one of Mexico’s most artistic cities.

Free brochures with maps and gallery details are available at hotels, galleries, and businesses across Puerto Vallarta, as well as online at VallartaArtWalk.com.

The Centro Historico ArtWalk remains a cornerstone of the city’s cultural identity, offering a unique opportunity to experience its creative spirit firsthand.
