Puerto Vallarta residents have a new resource for support and enrichment with the opening of the second Casa Tucán. This welcoming center, located on Puerto Tenacatito Street #326 in the upper Ramblases neighborhood, began serving the community this Monday.
Representing Mayor Luis Munguía, Paúl Rodriguez, head of customer service for Seapal Vallarta, expressed gratitude to attendees and encouraged Ramblases residents to fully utilize the center’s diverse offerings. Casa Tucán provides a range of free programs and services designed to benefit everyone. These include a citizen service window, civil registry access, legal counsel, and skill-building workshops like knitting and balloon decoration.

Blanca Dolores, the neighborhood coordinator, shared that the community had eagerly anticipated such a project. She expressed appreciation to Mayor Munguía and the government for bringing this valuable resource to Ramblases. Municipal authorities renovated and repurposed the space, transforming a previously unused property into a valuable community asset.
The inauguration ceremony included Juan Ramón Chávez, Community Construction Manager; Hector Mata, Property Cabinet Manager; Herova Olmos, Youth Director; Luis Alemán, Civil Registry Director; Javier Navarro, Public Services Director; Councilor Melissa Madero, and other distinguished guests. They joined in the ribbon-cutting, officially opening Casa Tucán to the Ramblases community.
