Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – The culinary scene is Puerto Vallarta is incredibly diverse and offers delicious international food from around the globe. And there’s no better time to explore it than during Restaurant Week, which will be celebrating its 22nd edition from May 15 through June 10.
This year, the festival features 51 participating establishments, inviting residents and visitors alike to explore high-quality dining at accessible prices.
Among the featured participants is Siam Cocina Thai, a restaurant founded on a deep appreciation for the traditions of Thailand. Food enthusiasts can visit either of their two locations: the original site in Old Town or the modern space in the Gaviotas neighborhood. Both venues provide comfortable, air-conditioned interiors that serve as an ideal setting for experiencing the art of South Asian cuisine.
For this year’s celebration, Siam Cocina Thai has developed a special three-course menu priced at $495 pesos. This curated selection allows guests to sample the restaurant’s signature dishes, showcasing the balance of spice and texture that defines their kitchen.

- White Fish Curry (160gr) Blend of yellow, red curry, tamarind, stewed potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus

While this limited-time menu offers an extraordinary way to enjoy Siam Cocina Thai’s best offerings, the regular a la carte menu will remain available for those seeking additional variety. Given the popularity of Restaurant Week, making a reservation is highly recommended to ensure a table at either location before the event concludes on June 10.
There are two Siam Cocina Thai restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. One is located at Francisco Madero 271 in Colonia Emiliano Zapata, just north of Zona Romantica, and just south of the Rio Cuale. It is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00-10:30 pm. The other location is at De Los Tules 317 in Jardines de Vallarta, three blocks east of Costco. The hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 2:00-10:00 pm. Both are closed on Mondays. Visa, MasterCard and Amex accepted. Pets or animals are not allowed inside the restaurants.
