Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Every summer, Biblioteca Los Mangos (The Puerto Vallarta Public Library) offers a month long ‘day camp’ for kids ages 3 to 12. This year’s camp centers around The Little Astronaut and the Red Planet, and the program will ignite your child’s imagination with activities that go beyond the captivating space exploration theme.
Running from July 15th to August 9th, this exciting four-week odyssey fosters creativity and physical activity through an enriching array of workshops. Your child will have the opportunity to delve into sculpture, painting, yoga, and more, while also honing their artistic expression through dance and crafts. Sign language instruction adds a unique dimension, promoting inclusivity and communication skills.
Biblioteca Los Mangos prioritizes fostering social connections and environmental awareness. Through collaborative activities and play, children develop a sense of community and responsibility towards our planet. The program empowers them to understand the impact of their actions and inspires them to become responsible global citizens.
Without a doubt, it is the best “Summer Camp” in the area, as every year the library prepares a program that combines recreational and cultural activities, but above all, is great fun for children.
Los Mangos’ “Summer Camp” runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm from July 15 through August 9, 2024. The entire program is in Spanish, of course!
