Every Tuesday, audiences flock to Gouda Gabor’s Come Blow Your Horn – Open Mic! to enjoy an evening of music and spontaneous fun. Talented amateurs, karaoke enthusiasts, and visiting musicians take the stage while Vallarta’s top performers often drop by for surprise appearances. Hosted by Gouda Gabor, “Captain” Lydia Damato, and guest emcees, the show offers no-cover entertainment paired with great food and drinks.
Midweek brings even more excitement with Puerto Vallarta Charity Bingo, held every Wednesday at 4:00 pm. Players can win fabulous prizes while supporting local nonprofits – Colina Spay and Neuter Clinic and PuRR Project – benefiting on alternating weeks.
On Wednesday and Saturday nights, the dynamic Amy Armstrong, Mimi & Eugenia take the stage. She’ll be honoring the timeless voices of: Billie Holiday – smoky, tender, and heartbreakingly honest; Ella Fitzgerald – the First Lady of Song with that velvet tone; Nina Simone – fierce, soulful, and unmatched; Aretha Franklin – the one and only Queen of Soul; Diana Ross – elegance, charm, and Motown magic; Etta James – power, passion, and those bluesy fireworks and Amy Winehouse – raw, modern soul with an old soul’s heart. Fridays heat up with The Texas Embassy Blues Band, a Nacho Daddy favorite for more than 16 years. The band’s energetic blend of rock and blues fills the upstairs theater starting at 8:30 pm. No cover.
Nacho Daddy also keeps things lively throughout the week with Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4:00–6:00 pm, Happy Hour Trivia on Thursdays at 5 pm, and NCAA Football all day Saturday.
