Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an worldwide campaign to increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same.
As we work together as a community to promote awareness, honor breast cancer survivors and remember those that lost the fight, we hope that you will participate in Healthcare Resources Puerto Vallarta’s October activities. All of these events are going to be educational, informative, delicious – and pink!
On Friday, October 4th from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, Hospital San Javier Marina will host a ‘Pink Wave Cocktail.’ This no charge event is going to be stellar! Pink cocktails, pink goodies (both sweet and savory), free raffle drawings for some lovely prizes, plenty of pink ribbons and more. Grab a partner, pal, spouse or neighbor and please stop by. And we hope you will wear something pink!
Northern Bay folks are invited to join us on Friday, October 18th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Lujo Lifestyles, #500 Lazaro Cardenas in Bucerías, for a ‘Pink Cocktail’ to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month ‘Up North.’ We invite you to stop by, enjoy some nibbles, a pink cocktail, participate in the raffle and check out the amazing items at Lujo. Let’s all work on Breast Cancer Awareness and the Pink Cocktail is the perfect place to do so. Last year’s event was phenomenal! This is a no charge event.
