Puerto Vallarta will once again raise a glass to world-class wine and cuisine as Vinoma Fest returns from March 5 to 7, 2026. The city’s Wine and Pairing Festival will unfold across several iconic venues, culminating in a grand seaside celebration at Puerto Mágico.
The festivities begin March 5 at Casa Velas with the Gala de Sabores, an immersive culinary experience featuring five acclaimed chefs from Mexico and Latin America. Sheyla Alvarado (Lunario, Ensenada), Vanessa Blouet (Grupo Café des Artistes), Jaime David Rodríguez (Celele, Cartagena), Renzo Garibaldi (Osso, Lima), and Sergio Díaz Pérez (Sublime, Guatemala) will present a 10-course roaming sequence.
Rather than a traditional seated dinner, the Gala de Sabores is designed as a sunset garden gathering. Guests will move freely through the space as dishes arrive in rhythm with conversation and discovery. Each course reflects the chef’s culinary roots while embracing innovation, creating a close and engaging haute cuisine experience.
On March 6, Café des Artistes will host the Vinoma × Brussels World Competition. Guided by professionals and sommeliers under the same standards used in one of the world’s most respected wine competitions, participants will taste selections from diverse regions and learn how wines earn gold, silver, or bronze distinctions. The session includes curated snacks to complement the tasting experience.
The festival reaches its peak on March 7 at Muelle 2 of the Maritime Terminal, headquartered at Puerto Mágico. Starting at 2:00 pm, more than 300 wine labels from renowned wineries will be available for sampling, alongside thoughtfully crafted pairings by guest chefs and distinctive culinary concepts.
Throughout the afternoon, guests can explore international and Mexican wines, browse a dedicated gastronomic zone, and enjoy live music and immersive sensory experiences. Set against ocean views and glowing sunsets, the open-air waterfront setting invites visitors to linger between tastings, concerts, and artistic displays as the bay comes alive after dark.
With special dinners, master classes, and curated events scheduled across three days, Vinoma Fest 2026 promises a refined yet welcoming celebration of wine culture in one of Mexico’s most scenic coastal destinations. The full program and updates are available on the official Vinoma website, allowing travelers and residents alike to coordinate their schedules for what is shaping up to be a premier weekend for Mexican and international wine culture.
