The airport was honored with the Moderniza Quality Standard, the National Tourism Quality Distinction in the Diamond category, and the Distinctive Quality Standard “S.”

The National Tourism Quality Distinction rewards tourism service providers that adhere to rigorous standards and regulations. The Distinctive Quality Standard “S” acknowledges sustainable practices aligned with global tourism guidelines.
Miguel Torruco Marqués, the Secretary of Tourism, praised the airport’s achievements. “These awards reflect the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of the airport’s team,” he said.
