Puerto Vallarta is set to host a special screening of the Oscar-winning documentary, No Other Land. This powerful film, which has received international acclaim, will be shown for free on Wednesday, August 20th, at 7:00 p.m. The event will take place in the auditorium of the Cuale Cultural Center.
Directed by Basel Adra, Yuval Abraham, Hamdan Ballal, and Rachel Szor, the acclaimed 2024 film tells the story of a Palestinian community’s resilience in the face of forced displacement under Israeli occupation. This screening is part of the third annual Mar de Cine (“Sea of Cinema”) series, a program supported by the Vallarta Institute of Culture and the city government.
