Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Set to be held March 5 at Coco’s Kitchen, ‘Spayghetti and No Balls’ is the first fundraiser for the Cuale Spay and Neuter Clinic and a few tickets are still available at Cassandra Shaw Jewelry, Basilio Badillo 276, and Carol’s Boutique, Lázaro Cárdenas 233, on the south side of Vallarta.
The Cuale Spay and Neuter Clinic has been run for four years, mainly on personal donations, but as the clinics get bigger and bigger the expenses grow too. Last year, the clinic sterilized 1,280 animals, more than double the number of free sterilizations performed in 2016, its first year.
The Cuale Clinic is independent and not a part of any charitable organization. It receives no government funding, but relies solely on donations given by people who see that these clinics are making a huge difference to our community, so join us for a fun-filled evening to support this worthy cause.
The evening begins at 6:30 pm, when you will be greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a 3-course dinner of grilled polenta, salad and bread and, of course, spaghetti – with a vegetarian option available. A special surprise dessert is also included. All for 400 pesos!
You’ll also enjoy an auction with fabulous items up for bid, raffles and lots of fun, all while helping to prevent thousands of unwanted dogs and cats in Puerto Vallarta.
The Clinic team is grateful to Coco, who normally doesn’t open her kitchen in the evenings, but she’s opening the restaurant on March 5th, especially for the ‘Spayghetti and No Balls’ fundraising dinner.
The clinic is overwhelmed by the generosity of so many donors of auction prizes. In addition to Coco, we’d like to thank Vallarta Adventures for Rhythms of the Night and Luxury Sailing certificates for 2, Xocodiva for a truffles workshop for 2, Wayne Haight for a Cat Portrait, Lynda Wallace for a garnet necklace from India, and Gabino for a pop top handbag.
Also thank you to Bea from Fireworks, Bonnie’s Pet Services, Café Vayan, Encuentros Restaurant, Gernika’s Pintxos, Greg and Joyce Nordquest, La Lulu, Langostinos, Le Sofa Café, Lise Halket, LIX Artisan Ice Cream, Poke Poke Hawaiian Kitchen, Shannon Beston, Tanina, Thomas Simon Salon, Vicki Ohley, and Yamada Restaurant for donations. And, since prize donations are still being received, there will be more!
Don’t miss this fabulous evening of food, friends and fun – get your tickets TODAY!
Monies raised at the “Spay-ghetti and No Balls” dinner will be used exclusively towards the ongoing spaying and neutering of animals in and around Puerto Vallarta. If you are unable to attend, donations can also be made via their GoFundMe page.
