Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Awaysis, a popular nightlife and live music venue in Puerto Vallarta, is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with Gina Hendrix, owner of the beloved Whiskey Kitchen, to elevate the dining and entertainment experience. This collaboration will introduce “The Chicken Coop,” a brand-new restaurant concept that promises to bring a unique culinary twist to the local scene.
Under this new partnership, Whiskey Kitchen will take over the restaurant operations at Awaysis, transforming it into The Chicken Coop. Known for its hearty flavors and creative Southern-inspired dishes, Whiskey Kitchen has been a favorite among locals for its vibrant atmosphere and innovative menu.
The Chicken Coop will bring that spirit to Awaysis, offering guests a new menu unlike anything else in town. Get ready for fried chicken hot dogs and redneck taquitos – a playful yet mouth-watering take on classic comfort foods. It will also feature some of the Awaysis food favorites on its new menu, preserving the cherished tastes that patrons have come to love.
Awaysis will be open from 8 am to midnight, Tuesday through Sunday, offering a full bar and live entertainment. The Chicken Coop will operate within these hours, serving a “Redneck Brunch” from 10 am to 2 pm and lunch/dinner from 2 pm to 10 pm. Both Awaysis and The Chicken Coop will be closed on Mondays.
