Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Coming this Tuesday evening, August 13th at 7:00 pm, Enoch & Bing will be premiering a new show at Casa Karma Private Villa & Event Space which they are calling Boleros 101. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
Boleros 101 is a review of some of Latin America’s most famous “standards”: romantic ballads often referred to as “boleros”. Just what is a “bolero” anyway? They will shed some light on that question. Enoch is brilliant at performing this genre of songs, as those who have heard him sing know. Enoch and Bing will be giving a brief history/anecdote about these performance pieces, composer(s), where and when they were created, and the performers that made them famous.
Joining Enoch & Bing, as a guest singer, will be local performer Fernanda Hernández, who knows the genre well and has performed many years around Puerto Vallarta with her husband, guitar legend Carlos Calderon.
Tickets are $500 pesos each. Seating is limited and the event is filling up, so please call +52 322-378-4646, or send a WhatsApp to make arrangements to reserve a seat. If there are still tickets available, they will also be sold at the door. Casa Karma’s famous hors d’oerves will be served and there will be a cash bar to get drinks from the time the doors open at 6:30 pm.
