Puerto Vallarta audiences are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an elegant night of music, dining, and romance as Enrique de Allende presents his special concert, Romanza, on February 14 at Hacienda Palo Maria. The event runs from 7 to 11 pm and promises an immersive experience designed for couples and music lovers alike.
Enrique will share the stage with guest vocalist Effie Passero, whose powerful range and expressive style drew international attention following her appearance on American Idol in 2018. They are joined by Slovakian pianist Peter Valentovic of the Sofía Philharmonic Orchestra, a globally respected conductor and pianist who has performed with renowned singers throughout Europe and beyond.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a four-course, rodizio-style dinner featuring 14 cuts of meat served tableside, complemented by an open bar. The concert program will include romantic selections in Spanish, English, and Italian, showcasing powerful vocals and refined musicianship. Fireworks will close the night, adding a festive touch to the Valentine’s Day celebration.
Tickets are priced at $3,600 MXN ($200 USD) per person and include concert access, dinner, open bar service, and the fireworks display. Tickets are available in cash only at Cassandra Shaw Jewelry, located at Basilio Badillo 276 in the Zona Romántica.
Originally from San Miguel de Allende, Enrique de Allende began his professional music career at age 24 after a sports injury ended his path in professional soccer. He later trained in California with renowned vocal coach Seth Riggs, whose students have included global music icons. Enrique’s repertoire spans operatic works, big band standards, traditional Mexican romantic songs, and mariachi music, reflecting his versatility and broad appeal.
Following his highly successful debut at Carnegie Hall in 2023, Enrique’s career has continued to gain momentum in Mexico and internationally. His clear, powerful voice and engaging stage presence have made him a favorite with audiences, and Romanza offers a chance to experience his artistry in an intimate Valentine’s Day setting.
