IFC Home Tours Showcase Puerto Vallarta’s Finest Homes

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – The International Friendship Club’s Home Tours have returned, offering travelers and residents a rewarding way to experience Puerto Vallarta while supporting meaningful local causes. Recognized among the top 10% of sightseeing tours worldwide by the 2025 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards, these tours blend discovery, culture, and community impact into one memorable outing.

The IFC Home Tours offer exclusive access inside some of Puerto Vallarta’s most remarkable private residences, ranging from charming traditional casas to breathtaking multimillion-dollar beachfront estates. This activity provides tourists with a unique window into the area’s diverse architectural landscape and sophisticated lifestyle.

The current season of tours, which began on November 18, is operating every Tuesday and will continue through December 16. After a short hiatus for the holidays, the tours will resume with an expanded schedule, running on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from January 6 through March 25.

Each approximately three-hour tour promises a day of discovery and wonder. Guests travel aboard an air-conditioned bus while friendly IFC guides share stories, architectural details, and local insights. Prospective attendees should note that the itineraries often require the ability to navigate cobblestone streets, inclined walkways, and multiple sets of stairs.

The tours are an exceptional way to explore the beauty of Puerto Vallarta, but their true significance lies in their charitable mission. All proceeds directly support the IFC’s crucial humanitarian work. This includes funding cleft palate surgeries for children and providing essential grants to numerous local organizations, such as Volcanes, RISE, the Wixarika Scholarship Fund, and Aid to Families of Children with Cancer.

The funds also extend to supporting cultural institutions like ALAS Escuela de Canto and the Vallarta Symphony and Salty Paw Jazz Orchestras, ensuring that every ticket purchased contributes meaningfully to the well-being and enrichment of the Puerto Vallarta community.

Tickets are available for purchase on the IFC’s website. The cost is set at $800 pesos for IFC members and $960 pesos for non-members and guests.

The experience begins at the Sea Monkey restaurant, located at Aquiles Serdan and the Malecón. Check-in commences at 9:15 AM, followed by a brief overview of the day at 9:45 AM. Buses depart promptly at 10:00 am. For those wishing to start the day with a meal, the Sea Monkey offers a special discounted breakfast exclusively for tour participants

Securing a spot on this extraordinary, award-winning tour is an impactful way to enjoy an unforgettable day while simultaneously supporting the region’s most deserving charitable causes.
