Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – For the past eight years, the Organic Select store, bakery, and restaurant has been a mainstay in Colonia Versalles. Recently, owners Krystal Frost and Ana Rios announced an expansion of their operations to serve a broader clientele with more offerings and greater variety, under the name Versalles Market by Organic Select.
Recent improvements include setting up a new commissary kitchen to increase the bakery’s production capacity. They also expanded the restaurant’s seating capacity for greater social distancing. Tables and chairs are thoroughly sanitized after each use. Both kitchen and server staff are masked at all times and follow the strictest health and hand washing protocols. The restaurant is open for evening hours, too.
“We remain true to our passion for supplying you with local, sustainable foods and high-quality health products,” says Krystal. “As always, we have been hard at work continuing to build new local supplier partnerships to provide our customers with what we don’t grow or produce ourselves.”
These include baked goods – gluten-free breads, pastries, and desserts – as well as organic fruits and vegetables that they don’t grow in their own San Sebastian gardens or larger South Star Farms, three hours south of Puerto Vallarta. Pasture-raised poultry, pork, and beef are also available.
Versalles Market by Organic Select is located at Francia 169. It offers eat-in, take-out, retail and delivery options. Beginning November 1st, the restaurant will also be open for dinner service from 6:00- 10:30 pm featuring seasonal dishes and a select menu of artisanal beer, wine and local spirits.
Free delivery of retail goods is available to the greater Puerto Vallarta area. Orders placed by 11:00 am are delivered the same day between 3:00-6:00 pm. Order online at organic-select.com, or via WhatsApp. Phone is 322.200.7802.
