Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Keith Tynes is best known as a member of the famous R&B group, The Platters. He joined the group in his late teens and performed with them for almost 5 years as their tenor, crooning favorite songs like The Platters’ classic, Only You.
Back by popular demand, Keith is performing a weekly show at ACT2PV this season. On alternating Sundays at 4:30 pm, make sure to catch his amazing The Platters and More and his brand new show, The Barry’s. In his Platters show, you’ll hear the songs and the fascinating stories of Keith’s career with the internationally known singing group, The Platters.
In The Barry’s performance, Keith sings the music of 2 musical legends, Barry White and Barry Manilow. Both shows are sure to be amazing as Keith is the consummate performer and crooner.
Over the years, Keith has met and performed with many of the “greats” in the music biz. You’ll enjoy seeing pictures of Keith and many of these well-known entertainers in background videos as he performs throughout the evening. Keith has had a long and successful musical career and his voice is as fine now as it was when he started out.
Keith Tynes has spent the last 20 years living and performing in Europe, including Holland and Berlin, Germany. And for the past 5 winters, Keith has also performed at various entertainment venues in and around Puerto Vallarta.

Keith also presents The Barry’s which features the music of Barry Manilow and Barry White. Keith brings the music of these musical legends to life in a show that you’ll absolutely adore! During this show, Keith performs the lush melodies and heartfelt lyrics of Barry Manilow that will transport you to a world of nostalgia, while his deep, velvety voice singing the soulful music of Barry White will create a passionate atmosphere. Keith is one of the best performers that I’ve seen in Vallarta over the years. He loves entertaining for his audience. His stories are fascinating and his singing is incredible. When asked about his success in the music business, Keith says that he attributes it to hard work, great teachers/mentors and clean living. With a music career spanning 5 decades, Keith continues to deliver shows with enthusiasm, charisma and stellar vocals.
