Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – One of Puerto Vallarta’s longest-running charity fundraisers is back, as the Pasitos de Luz Fashion Show returns to The River Café on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Guests can look forward to an easygoing afternoon by the River Cuale, filled with fashion, great food, and the chance to make a real difference for the children supported by Pasitos de Luz.
This year’s Fashion Charity Luncheon invites attendees to settle in for a delicious three-course meal – complete with appetizer, lunch, dessert, and coffee – while models from across the community present creative looks and fashion inspiration right at the table. With tickets priced at just $800 pesos, attendees can indulge in a fun afternoon that directly supports a life-changing cause. Live music will close out this year’s show, adding an upbeat finale to the event.
Deja New’s Kathleen Palmer returns to lead this 12th edition of the show, with every peso raised going directly to Pasitos de Luz. Funds raised will help the nonprofit continue offering full-time daycare, nutrition, education, and specialized therapies to children with acute physical or psychological disabilities—services provided at no cost to families.
Raffles, door prizes, and a silent auction add even more reasons to join the fun. Guests can also earn extra door prize entries by donating gently used clothing – one ticket per bag. Auction and raffle items include gift certificates, unique experiences, and goods from local businesses throughout Puerto Vallarta. Cash is recommended for clothing, accessories, raffles, and 50/50 drawings, while cards will be accepted for auction items.
