Nacho Daddy Delivers a Full Week of Live Entertainment

Puerto Vallarta, México – In the heart of Zona Romántica, Nacho Daddy Restaurant & Sports Bar continues to stand out as one of the city’s most popular gathering places for locals, expatriates, and visitors. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, flavorful menu, and a steady lineup of live entertainment, the venue offers nights filled with music, laughter, and shared experiences.

Tuesdays belong to Open Mic Night. From 7:30-9:00 pm the stage is open to talented amateurs, visiting karaoke favorites, and musicians of every style. Vallarta headliners often stop by to preview upcoming shows, adding an element of surprise to each evening. The night is guided by Gouda Gabor, “Captain” Lydia Damato, and a rotating lineup of guest hosts. With no cover charge and limited seating, arriving early is strongly recommended.

Wednesdays begin with Puerto Vallarta Charity Bingo at 4:00 pm, giving players a chance to win prizes while supporting local nonprofits. Proceeds benefit Colina Spay and Neuter Clinic and PuRR Project, which alternate weekly.

Later that evening at 7:00 pm, Amy Armstrong takes the stage with Funk It, a high-energy show blending funk, soul, humor, and audience interaction. Backed by guitarist Mimi Al Ramirez and violinist Eugenia Prieto, the performance delivers bold sound and nonstop momentum.

On Thursday, January 15 at 7:30 pm, vocalist Brenda Gaviño presents her interpretation of the music of Linda Ronstadt. With classical training and two decades of stage experience, Gaviño moves confidently across genres, from rock and jazz to Broadway and Mexican classics, bringing depth and range to a celebrated catalog.

Fridays feature the Texas Embassy Blues Band, a long-running favorite that has filled Nacho Daddy’s upstairs theater with rock and blues for more than 16 years. The band starts at 8:30 pm, with no cover charge.

Saturday evenings turn toward comedy and show tunes with She. He. Him!, a new production starring Amy Armstrong alongside comedian Sargento Dan, under the musical direction of Mark Hartman. The show blends Broadway standards and pop hits, connecting generations through polished vocals and sharp humor.

Sunday, January 18 at 5:00 pm brings An Evening of Bluegrass and Authentic Country Music, featuring Los Lotus and the Red Sky Ramblers. Los Lotus opens the show with country favorites, led by vocalist Bob Beck and acoustic guitarist Scott Williams. The Red Sky Ramblers follow with a mix of traditional and modern bluegrass, featuring Scott Martin on banjo, Lee Stivers on mandolin, and Scott Williams on guitar. The evening promises fast picking, close harmonies, and pure acoustic sound.

Looking ahead to Monday, January 19, Nacho Daddy hosts the opening of Charcuterie BROAD, starring Gouda Gabor, who marks her eighth season in Puerto Vallarta and 58 years in show business. Accompanied by the Taleggio Trio, the show pays tribute to legendary performers such as Peggy Lee and Dusty Springfield.

From daytime sports on high-definition satellite TVs to evening theater performances, Nacho Daddy continues to earn its reputation as a top entertainment destination in Puerto Vallarta. Tickets for all shows are available at the venue or online through Eventbrite.
