Puerto Vallarta, México – Biblioteca Los Mangos Centro Cultural will host its Gran Subasta de Arte 2026 on Friday, March 6, offering the community an evening where art, generosity, and shared purpose come together in support of one of Puerto Vallarta’s most important cultural institutions.
Scheduled from 6:00 to 10:00 pm, the annual Art Auction and Sale is the library’s largest fundraising event of the year. Now marking its 30th edition, the Subasta brings together established artists, emerging creators, collectors, and friends of Los Mangos to help raise the funds that sustain its educational and cultural programs.
Since opening its doors in 1996, Los Mangos Library has served as a vital community resource, providing free access to information, extracurricular education, artistic training, and creative spaces. Proceeds from the auction directly support workshops, cultural events, and social initiatives that benefit people of all ages and backgrounds throughout the greater Banderas Bay area.
Guests can expect a lively evening centered on the visual arts, with a wide selection of paintings available through live and silent auctions. The event also features an art sale and a variety of donated items, including hotel stays, spa treatments, and dining certificates, giving attendees many ways to participate while supporting a good cause. Food, drinks, and music round out the experience, creating a welcoming setting for conversation and connection.
