Puerto Vallarta, México – In the heart of Zona Romántica, Nacho Daddy Restaurant & Sports Bar continues to stand out as one of Puerto Vallarta’s favorite gathering spots for locals, expats, and visitors. Known for its welcoming energy, flavorful Mex-Tex menu, and first-rate entertainment, the venue delivers nights filled with music, laughter, and connection.
The weekend kicks off early with a powerful tribute on Thursday, February 12 at 7:30 pm, as Brenda Gaviño takes the stage to honor the legendary Linda Ronstadt. Born in Guadalajara and backed by more than 20 years of professional experience, Gaviño brings both strength and soul to every note. With a live band and seasoned musicians, this is a true concert experience – no gimmicks, just timeless songs performed with heart and precision. The show has consistently filled the house, drawing fans eager to relive classics that never fade.
On February 13 at 8:30 pm, the Texas Embassy Blues Band returns for another Friday night tradition. For 17 years, the band has delivered straight-ahead blues in Nacho Daddy’s air-conditioned theater. As Basilio Badillo comes alive in the evening hours, guests settle in for authentic, foot-tapping performances from musicians who know their craft. With no cover charge and a loyal following, it’s a weekly ritual that continues to thrive.

Valentine’s Day brings a show that promises both music and mischief. On February 14 at 7:30 pm, She, He, Him unites powerhouse vocalist Amy Armstrong, Sargento Dan, and award-winning music director Mark Hartman for a fast-paced evening of live music and sharp comedy. Featuring Broadway favorites, pop hits, and timeless classics, the trio blends talent and chemistry for a performance that is heartfelt, hilarious, and anything but ordinary.
The weekend continues February 15 at 7:00 pm with The MEN-TI-RAS Experience, Sargento Dan’s one-man parody adaptation of Mexico’s iconic telenovela-style musical. With live music, dramatic flair, and four female characters portrayed by one performer, the high-energy show delivers ‘80s nostalgia and big laughs – no Spanish required.
The following week introduces even more variety. Gouda Gabor debuts her weekly cabaret, Charcuterie BROAD, promising fresh material and surprise guests at each performance. Gabor also hosts the popular Come Blow Your Horn open mic every Tuesday, where seasoned professionals and emerging talent share the spotlight in a spontaneous, no-cover showcase.
Midweek programming also supports the community. Charity Bingo takes place every Wednesday at 4:00 pm, raising funds for organizations such as the Colina Spay and Neuter Clinic and the PuRR Project. The evening transitions into Funk It, featuring Amy Armstrong alongside guitarist Mimi Al Ramirez and violinist Eugenia Prieto for a lively set of funk-infused favorites.
Beyond the stage, Nacho Daddy remains a go-to destination for sports fans. Multiple high-definition screens broadcast major sporting events, including the Winter Olympics, offering guests a comfortable setting to enjoy great food while keeping up with the action.
From tribute concerts and blues traditions to community fundraisers and comedy-driven cabaret, Nacho Daddy continues to anchor Puerto Vallarta’s social scene – where great performances and good company always take center stage.
