From her explosive rise in the 80s to her most contemporary stage performances, the Madonna Tribute, starring Waleska Rondon, features the best repertoire for Madonna fans and exceeds all expectations. Live vocals, original music, songs and choreography take place on stage to tell the story of the brilliant career of Madonna, the Italian-American singer who dominated the world charts in the 80s and 90s and remains a global pop icon.
This musical concert is based on the energetic voice of Waleska, a singer and performer who transmits incredible energy, but above all her passion for the legendary Madonna. Featuring amazing choreography performed by the Starboys and Stargirls dancers, and produced by Chris Lopez, the Madonna Tribute Concert is another hit at Coco Cabaret, with shows selling out on a regular basis.
Waleska Rondón was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Since childhood, she’s always had an interest in dancing, singing and acting. At school, she continued to participate in all kinds of musical events and belonged to the regional bagpipe group, the merengue group and the school choir.
At age 18 she attended the “AORA” singing school and later the “Entre Voces” for 3 additional years. She received a scholarship at the El Gran Ballet Sequences Dance Academy, where she spent 4 years studying the world of dance, while at the same time achieving a degree in Social Communication. Waleska danced with various artists for 7 years at events, music videos, and media tours in the country’s capital Caracas.
She also worked for 6 months in the famous Los Valentinos Circus in Maracaibo after which she performed as a singer and dancer in a female musical group and resumed dancing at the age of 27 when she moved to Costa Rica. Since arriving in Puerto Vallarta, she has dedicated herself to performance art in various shows and since 2022 was part of the dancing team for the Starboys & Stargirls. For 3 seasons she has reinvented her Madonna Tribute, transforming this show into a masterpiece of creative performance art with new songs, costumes and choreography each year.
This season’s Madonna production features fabulous new costumes, songs, dance and video that guide the audience through the career and influence of Madonna. This is a creative, finely tuned tribute to one of Pop’s most legendary icons. With the addition of Mz Peaches as Emcee, the show guides the audience through various phases of Madonna’s life and career, in a fabulous non-stop, dazzling display of talent and devotion to this musical icon.
This performance is a theatrical presentation of the love & life of one of music’s most notable superstars. Madonna’s continuing reinvention of her style, music and message, keeps her interesting, young and current. This bold artist (now in her 60’s) has discovered the fountain of youth through artistic expression and creative musical reinvention.
