Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Kaiser Maximilian is celebrating 25 years as one of Puerto Vallarta most popular fine dining restaurants. Owner Andreas Rupprechter and his friendly staff are showing their gratitude by offering a Thanksgiving weekend dinner special, along with some a la carte menu items from past Gourmet Festivals, through December 15.
Part of the success formula at Kaiser Maximilian is that since the restaurant opened, Chef Juan Carlos Palomera has been part of all the Festival Gourmet events, working shoulder to shoulder with acclaimed U.S. and European chefs.
In celebration of their 25th Anniversary, Chef Palomera and his expert culinary team are using quality ingredients to expertly prepare some Gourmet Festival favorites for you to enjoy in the restaurant’s European bistro atmosphere.

All of these specials are being served, along with their traditional menu of exceptional Austrian fare, from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm at Espresso Bar and from 6:00 to 11:00 pm in The Main Dining Room. Both restaurants have covered outdoor seating and interior seating with air-conditioning. Seating is limited to ensure safe distances between those dining in the restaurant, so reservations are recommended.
