Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Argentinian Maru Prado Conti and her dancers take their audience on a thrilling journey into Lady Gaga’s universe in the new hit show, Applause, on Wednesdays at 8 pm at The Palm Cabaret.
Applause is a stunning, theatrical experience, full of performances, choreographies and costumes inspired by Mother Monster, herself. In this new production, Maru goes above and beyond to offer a completely different musical experience than her original blockbuster show, which has sold out nightly for almost two years.
Sharing the stage with The Starboys dancers and the incredible vocalist, Chris Lopez, Maru delivers another fabulous Gaga Event not to be missed!
Applause opens with Maru’s gorgeous performance of La Vie en Rose, which is equally as moving and extraordinary as Lady Gaga’s from the movie, A Star is Born. Applause is full of sexy, sensual vocals, choreography, costumes and dance. The Starboys’ creative modern dance style includes some captivating ballet that makes this performance again one of the best that Vallarta audiences have ever experienced.
Applause is not the top ten Lady Gaga hits, but rather a powerful portrayal of her body of work. The interpretations of these songs are a wonder to behold and we can only hope that Vallarta will continue to enjoy Maru Prado Conti shows before the rest of the world discovers her talent!
