Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – A bona fide Broadway and touring musical theater star, John Michael Dias was ‘Frankie’ in the Broadway and touring companies of Jersey Boys and the Broadway company Beautiful, a Carole King Musical. He’s toured the world singing with the Doo-Wop project merging with various Symphonies, Pops and orchestras.
John dabbled as a drag queen here and there… but it’s really only been the past few years that this diva has become the true live singing Drag Star, ‘Evita Loca, Queen of the Nightlife Stage’. During Covid she served up weekly digital drag, and now that we are back to normal, her star continues to rise quickly and is shining brighter than ever before.
Evita Loca has been Headlining her show, Musical Mondays, at The Palm Cabaret this season and it’s an incredible performance that you don’t want to miss. She opens with a tribute song that celebrates Drag and Show Tunes. With a fabulous voice, that I swear has been blessed by the gods, Evita Loca takes us through a creative, hilarious, video, docu-drama of her favorite female musical stars, singing along as she parodies and pays tribute to each one.
