Puerto Vallarta, México – Get ready, Vallarta – we are thrilled to announce that Nacho Daddy is the official Presenting Sponsor of What A Drag! 2026.
If you’ve lived here for even a minute, you already know Nacho Daddy is part of the heartbeat of Puerto Vallarta. Now celebrating their 17th season, they’ve become a beloved gathering place for incredible food, live entertainment, and the kind of community spirit that defines this city.

What many people don’t realize is just how deeply Nacho Daddy has been involved with What A Drag! from the very beginning. They have supported the event since Year One. In fact, Sean Moore, managing partner alongside Tammy Carruthers Prust, was a contestant in the very first year – a high-heel baptism by fire that set the tone for twelve years of ongoing commitment. And we can’t forget Tammy’s husband, Donald Prust – the 2019 What A Drag winner who brought the whole theater to its feet. When he’s not dazzling the crowd, he’s Nacho Daddy’s very own Man Friday.
From that first season forward, Nacho Daddy has opened their doors and their stage to us. All What A Drag! rehearsals are held right inside their venue, giving contestants a safe, supportive place to learn choreography, try out their characters, and wobble around in heels long before they face the bright lights of Teatro Vallarta.
Their entertainers also generously donate their time and talent year after year, helping raise awareness and energy for the cause. Many staff members have been with Nacho Daddy since the beginning, creating a family-like team that genuinely believes in giving back. Their commitment to Vallarta’s charities – including Casa Esperanza – and to the community at large has been constant and heartfelt.
Nacho Daddy is more than a restaurant and sports bar. It’s a pillar of support, a home for live entertainment, and one of the strongest community partners in Puerto Vallarta. We’re proud to have them leading the charge as this year’s Presenting Sponsor.
Don’t wait – tickets are on sale now! Secure your seats early for the best views in the house and help us make this a complete sellout. Every peso raised goes directly to Casa Esperanza, providing safety, shelter, and new beginnings for women and children escaping domestic violence. Last year alone, What A Drag helped fund more than half of Casa Esperanza’s annual budget – proof that laughter and compassion truly change lives.
Join the fun. Make this the best year yet!
