Puerto Vallarta, México – Art lovers have two special opportunities left this season to enjoy Friday evenings at Galleria Dante. On April 3 and April 17, from 6 to 9 pm, the gallery will host its popular Meet the Artist Nights, inviting visitors to experience art, conversation, and community in one of Puerto Vallarta’s most beloved creative spaces.
Held every other Friday during the season, Meet the Artist Night offers guests a relaxed way to connect directly with the artists whose work fills the gallery’s walls. No reservations are required. Visitors can simply arrive, explore the gallery’s eight rooms of fine art, and enjoy casual conversations with the creators behind the pieces.
Artists with works on display include Richard Gibbons, Louie Pisterzi, Jean Gabriel Lambert, Cherie Sibley, Tom Olesker, Bill Megrail, Marc Galipeau, Ana Tatya Neri, Gerald Gallant, and Luc Gauthier. New arrivals to the gallery feature works by Richard Gibbons, Louie Pisterzi, Walter Cruz, Jean Jacques Hudon, ML Boulanger, Noel de Rosal, Heather de Rosal, Donna Dickson, and Tom Dickson. Throughout the evening, several of these artists will create artwork on site, giving guests a rare look into the creative process.
The gallery itself is known for offering much more than a typical art stop. Set within a sprawling hacienda-style space, Galleria Dante features eight rooms filled with diverse works, along with an open-air sculpture garden that invites visitors to linger and explore.
Upstairs, Di Vino Dante Wine Bar opens during Meet the Artist Nights, offering wine, tapas, and one of the longest and most eclectic wine lists in Puerto Vallarta. Guests often extend their visit with dinner or a nightcap, making the evening as much a social gathering as an art event.
