This Tom Jones tribute is featured at 6 pm every other Thursday at The Palm Cabaret.
Tom Jones is a Welsh singer. His career began with a string of top 10 hits in the 1960s and he has since toured regularly, with appearances in Las Vegas from 1967 to 2011. Tom’s range includes pop, R&B, show tunes, country, dance, soul, and gospel. He has sold over 100 million records, with 36 Top 40 hits in the UK and 19 in the US.
Sex Bomb opens with Nacho leaping on stage with the classic Tom Jones classic, It’s Not Unusual, which fires up both old and new T.J. fans, alike. Joined by his gorgeous and talented Go-Go dancers, this show is completely entertaining from minute one. This truly polished and professional stage performance delivers the best hits of Tom Jones and takes the audience back to the era we so fondly remember.
In video clips on The Palm’s new center background screen, Sex Bomb features video duets and dialogue with guest stars like Dame Edna, Janice Joplin, Stevie Wonder, Cher, Little Richard, and many more of the “who’s who” of 1960’s musical fame. There’s even an on-screen duet with Tom Jones and Nacho.
This show isn’t an impersonation of Tom Jones, but rather a celebration of his music and the variety show that brought him worldwide fame.
