New Fleet to Boost SEAPAL Vallarta’s Service to Citizens

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – In a move to improve public service in Puerto Vallarta, Mayor Luis Munguía officially led the delivery of 13 new vehicles to SEAPAL Vallarta, the city’s water and sewage agency. The fleet is intended to enhance operations and maintenance work, ensuring faster response times and better service for residents.

The symbolic delivery, held at SEAPAL’s offices in the El Pitillal district, highlighted the municipality’s commitment to efficient and responsible management. Mayor Munguía emphasized that investments in equipment and vehicles directly translate to greater efficiency in addressing citizens’ needs, such as leak reports, complaints, and various service requests.

“These actions are a clear example of how we are achieving our goals for service and stability,” stated Mayor Munguía. “Today, a service-oriented approach and friendly treatment are our top priorities. We want a SEAPAL that is approachable, that solves problems, and that continues to deliver results.”

Carlos Ruiz, Director of SEAPAL Vallarta, echoed the sentiment, underscoring the dedication to fortifying the organization from its core operations. “We are working to restore SEAPAL’s pride in the service it once provided, equipping each department with the necessary resources to meet citizen expectations,” he affirmed.

Adding to this perspective, Rodolfo Domínguez, the agency’s administrative director, noted, “SEAPAL is an organization that operates continuously, day and night. Therefore, Vallarta requires a strong SEAPAL, equipped with the best tools and conditions to continue fulfilling its mission.”

The majority of these new units will be deployed to bolster the operational and maintenance areas, ensuring that SEAPAL Vallarta is well-equipped to serve the growing needs of Puerto Vallarta’s residents. This investment represents a positive step forward in the city’s ongoing efforts to provide reliable and responsive public services.
