Puerto Vallarta,Jalisco, Mexico – The International Food Festival and Fundraiser at Fidencio’s is a Puerto Vallarta tradition, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy a great meal, live entertainment and a good time – all for a good cause!
Join us at 6:30 pm on Sunday, February 16, at Fidencio’s Restaurant on Los Muertos Beach, where you’ll enjoy an evening of great dining, live music by Grupo Tajin, Sol Rose and Luis Villanueva, while supporting the Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza (R.I.S.E.).
Your $500.00 peso ticket will include an inspired meal by Big Jack, featuring food stations that will reach any food craving, including culinary delights ranging from German, Polish and Italian food stations, as well as his iconic garlic shrimp.
Raffles, 50/50 draws and community love and support will be some of the highlights of this event. Not to mention entertainment by Grupo Tajin, a vibrant group of musicians that perform a wide variety of Mexican, Central, South and North American tunes that can brighten any occasion.
Our fundraising projects are all in support of R.I.S.E., a 50-bed refuge for children in Puerto Vallarta. R.I.S.E provides a loving environment for children who are “at risk” at home or have no home. These resilient children range in age from newborn to mid-teens.
For 19 years R.I.S.E. has been able to provide programs to these children that include but are not limited to education, computer labs, arts and crafts, games and sporting activities. These fundraising events allow us to provide nutritional meals, medical and dental services, psychological, speech and hearing assistance and look after the day-to-day operations.

The Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza is a non-profit shelter for babies and children under the age of 14. Some of these children are orphans but most come from unbearable situations having been abused, neglected, or simply abandoned. R.I.S.E. is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, EIN (52)2442583.
