Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Though Kaiser Maximilian Restaurant is best-known for serving Puerto Vallarta residents and visitors exceptional Austrian fare, through August 28 this charming European-style café is also offering diners a taste of something different… mouth-watering seafood specialties.
Executive Chef Juan Carlos Palomera and owner Andreas Rupprechter have combined the flavors of Kaiser Maximilian with diver scallops, tuna, red snapper, salmon and other sensational seafood to create a special menu that is sure to satisfy.

The Seafood Specialties menu is served from noon to 11 pm at Espresso Bar and 6 to 11 pm in The Main Dining Room. Both restaurants have covered outdoor seating and interior seating with air-conditioning.
Kaiser Maximilian owner Andreas Rupprechter loves Mexico so much that he’s not waiting until September to start celebrating El Mes de la Patria. He’ll start serving his famous Chile en Nogada, the Mexican dish that is most emblematic of the holiday, on August 22!
