Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Hook the Cure, the premier fundraising event supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, announces its milestone 20th-anniversary celebration, to be held November 6-9, 2025, at the luxurious Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Event co-chairs Bob Huston and Jeff Jennison will once again host this extraordinary four-day experience, which has successfully raised over $10.85 million net for the Foundation since the event’s inception.

“We’re incredibly proud of what Hook the Cure has accomplished over the past two decades,” said Bob Huston. “This milestone year promises to deliver an unforgettable experience while furthering our mission to find a cure for cystic fibrosis.”
The all-inclusive weekend features world-class fishing and golf, luxurious spa services, gourmet dining, celebrity guest appearances, and a headliner concert. Past events have consistently sold out, and the 20th-anniversary celebration is expected to reach capacity quickly.
“The generosity of our participants and donors has been truly remarkable,” added Jeff Jennison. “Together, we’ve made a significant impact in advancing cystic fibrosis research, patient care, and advocacy. We’re excited to build on that momentum during our anniversary celebration.”
