Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico – Get ready, Puerto Vallarta! The 4th season of So, You Think You Can RISE! is here, promising three unforgettable events packed with talent, entertainment, and heartfelt moments – for a great cause.

This year, the excitement kicks off with two live auditions at the newly opened COCO Cabaret, located at Fco. Madero and Constitucion in the Zona Romantica.

Mark your calendars for January 12 and 19 at 2:00 PM, when singers, dancers, comedians, acrobats, and more will battle for a spot in the Grand Finale. Audience members can expect electrifying performances as contestants showcase their skills while vying for one of eight coveted spots. With audience votes and local coaches in the mix, these auditions are bound to keep you on the edge of your seat.

The competition culminates in a spectacular Grand Finale on February 23 at 7:00 PM at Teatro Vallarta. The finalists will deliver show-stopping performances, competing for cash prizes and opportunities to perform at top Puerto Vallarta venues, including The Palm, Nacho Daddy, La Catrina Cantina, Act2, and Colectivo Hueco.

Tickets for the auditions are $23.50 USD (450 pesos), while Grand Finale tickets range from $30–$60 USD (600–1200 pesos), with VIP seating available. Plus, a 10% discount applies when purchasing all three shows at once. Tickets are now available online.

Beyond the thrill of the competition, this event serves as a fundraiser for the children at RISE, a local nonprofit dedicated to creating brighter futures. By attending, you’re not only cheering for emerging talent but also contributing to a meaningful cause.

ABOUT THE CAUSE

RISE (Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza) has been home to hundreds of children since 2001. Some live there for months and others for years. Currently there are over 25 children living at RISE from the ages of 8 months to 11 years old. The children come to RISE from DIF (Child Protective Services) Puerto Vallarta, but DIF is unable to provide any financial support. Therefore, RISE is 100% privately funded through donations ad fundraisers.

The children go to school, receive medical and dental care, and are provided a clean and healthy living environment with loving care givers and volunteers. Today RISE operates with a team of 20 employees and 30+ volunteers, providing all the necessities for the shelter to operate efficiently while keeping child development, safety and health as their top priorities. Please email contacto(at)risepv.com for more information.

R.I.S.E. (Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza) is a privately funded, 50-bed children’s shelter in Puerto Vallarta, providing a loving environment for children who are “at risk” at home or have no home. These resilient children range in age from newborn to mid-teens. For 23 years RISE has operated with a combination of a great staff and a team of volunteers that keep RISE running. RISE is 100% funded through private donations and fundraising is a huge part of our ability to provide these children with nutritional meals, education, medical and dental services, activities, clothing & more.
